Outside of work Adam coaches the Loughborough U14’s Rugby team taking them to the 2014 Leicestershire county cup final, he holds an instructor level black belt in White Tiger Kung Fu, plays as much golf as time will allow, as well as being a petrol head.

25 years’ experience specifically involved in the office fit out and office furniture sectors, Gareth has always specialised in front end client interaction, understanding the client brief and advising on product specification and tailoring a schedule of works to suit.

When not at work Gareth can be found pounding the roads and hills on one of his many bikes, regularly organising and taking part in cycling fund raising events for charity.
Role: Head of projects department, overall responsibility for the implementation and delivery of projects.
Attention to detail and clinical organisation makes Adam the ideal project manager. He is responsible for client liaison after the initial design phase and throughout the implementation process. He strives to deliver the finished project on time and on budget to the highest of standards.
Outside of work Adam is a petrol head. Whether it is cars, trail bikes, karts or quad bikes Adam has always got time for a chat about anything with two or four wheels.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Role: Management of client accounts and design community relationships.
Mathew has a wealth of commercial experience from his time spent with Mercedes Benz and product knowledge in the office furniture market place which stems from his time as Sales Manager at Herman Miller plc. As a result he is an extremely commercial minded individual, who is well equipped to assist clients engineer project specifications.
Away from work, Mathew is kept busy with his young family, but still finds to pursue his love of cars, a topic which he is always happy to discuss.
Role: Martin manages a portfolio of clients ranging from main contractors to large corporates.
With over 30 years experience of the interiors industry, Martin has a wide knowledge of interior products and their application.
Current clients include:

- Virgin Active
Outside of work Martin enjoys fine food, walking his two dogs and playing golf.
Role: Management of company financial matters and administration.
As Visions longest standing member of staff, Joanne works closely with the company Directors to manage the day to day finances of the business
Outside of work Joanne enjoys keeping fit at the Gym.
Role:Management and delivery of projects.
Ian is a key member within the projects department, responsible for the delivery of projects on time, on budget and to the highest achievable standards. Ian has many years experience of working within the delivery side of the commercial interior market place.
Outside of work Ian is a keen martial artist.
Role: Management and delivery of projects.
George has over 15 years’ experience working in the public sector managing and delivering large scale government led projects, on time and in budget. George has a wealth of experience operating at a strategic level with a holistic approach to project management and firm focus on building strong customer relationships.
Outside of work George occupies his time with sports, fitness and a hectic social calendar. From time to time he even gets out for a ride on his motorcycle.
Role: Internal sales support and telemarketing
Suzanne will often be your bubbly first port of call when you contact the office by telephone. Suzanne roles incorporates assisting in internal sales matters as well as telemarketing.

Role: Generating new business and managing client accounts within the Midlands area.
Having spent her early years in a sales support performing a telemarketing role, Jodie has progressed into external sales combining her solid knowledge of the office furniture market with her ever growing experience in the office fit out sector.
Role: An Interior Architecture and Design graduate from Nottingham Trent University who is passionate about anything relating to design. Alex is confident with client interaction and understanding the client brief to deliver a promising concept.
Outside of work Alex likes to keep fit in the gym yet enjoys a cheeky burger and chips whenever possible.
Role: Interpreting client briefs, moving projects from conceptual stage through development, to final presentation in an efficient and pragmatic manner, adding her artistic flair and inspiration at all stages of the design process. Whether it’s producing 2D drawings or 3D visualisations, Maria tackles everything with a can-do attitude and a smile.
Outside of work Maria enjoys traveling and practicing photography; every weekend is put to good use on long haul adventures.
