Vision Projects were selected following a rigorous tender process to provide all new loose, fitted, systems, meeting room and breakout furniture as well as bespoke joinery works for the Finance & Procurement Team of the largest NHS Trust in the UK, and home of the very first NHS hospital – Trafford General Hospital, Manchester.
Working closely with the architects and the client, Vision ensured that best value was achieved without compromising on specification and quality, within a very tight budget – making sure that all fabrics and materials met the far more stringent regulations for fire and infection control. As this new space was to be the home for amalgamated teams from various sites, some individuals were not as enthused as the client would like – so the key to their brief was to ensure that this was a relaxed, engaging and inspiring place to work, that their employees wanted to be in and were happy to work from.
A staff survey 12 months following occupation proved this was achieved, with staff proud to work from “…the best office in the NHS!”.
